If so, gather all of the materials and the tools, tell your family that you’re going to have a bonding experience, and get to work. DIY landscaping projects, in particular, are a fun way for everyone to get outside, get moving, and interact together positively.

Walking Family Pets

A final easy way to get your family up and at the world is by creating a regular habit of walking the family pet together. If you have a dog, you know how important it is to keep the dog active.
