If so, gather all of the materials and the tools, tell your family that you’re going to have a bonding experience, and get to work. DIY landscaping projects, in particular, are a fun way for everyone to get outside, get moving, and interact together positively.
Walking Family Pets
A final easy way to get your family up and at the world is by creating a regular habit of walking the family pet together. If you have a dog, you know how important it is to keep the dog active. So while you are getting your dog exercise and letting it stretch its legs, why not have your family go with you? Especially if it’s just around the block for 15 or 20 minutes, this is a great chance for everyone to unplug, get outside, and be able to talk to each other without outside distractions.
